Abstract:
This paper seeks to expand upon the previous work of the AWP-UJC partnership to take a more detailed look at the gender variations in placement among Federation professional, throughout the United States and Canada. We hope to learn how gender is currently related to placement and promotion. This reports aims to set the groundwork for an ongoing data collection and analysis system that will monitor, track, analyze, and report on changes on the status of women and men professional in federations throughout North America.
