Abstract:
The chapter presents data on the social, demographic, and cultural characteristics of Canadian Jewry. The data are taken from two 1990 surveys. The first part of the chapter focuses on Canadian national patterns while the second and third focus on Toronto and Montreal's Jewish communities.
