Abstract:
The research sought to address the causes, implications and interventions regarding the phenomenon of under-representation of women in the very highest ranks of Jewish Federation professional leadership. The study was based on 93 face-to-face interviews conducted during 2003 with Federation lay and professional leadership throughout North America.
