Abstract:

What does religious liberty means? How are those who adhere to the religion of the majority, those who adhere to the religion of the minority, and those who adhere to no religion at all supposed to interrelate? If America is not a Christian society, what kind of a society is it and what is the relationship of that society to the state? American Jews have never been of one mind concerning these questions. Here I will extent this conclusion.
