Abstract:
The chapter reports some of the major findings of the author's research on American Jewish baby boomers. Based on the 1990 NJPS their patterns of behavior are analyzed and compared with Protestant and Catholic baby boomers, as well as baby boomers from other ethnic groups. A further comparison with pre-World War two generation and the younger generation of American Jews are presented.
