Abstract:
This report is a reflection of what the Task Force on Professional Recruitment, Development, Retention, and Placement learned, and the direction that it believes the Jewish community must take if it is to raise the level and quality of Jewish education. It lays out a road map for systematic change. There is no single change that by itself will "resolve" personnel crisis. Rather we must examine the entire scope of the educational career cycle.
