Records Disaster Planning and Recovery for the Newark Housing Authority

Abstract:

CGR studied ways to improve the records management program of the Newark Housing Authority. The report recommended that the authority replace an agency safe, buy additional fireproof cabinets, move records now on media to another location, begin a microfilm program for permanent records, and change a range of office practices and processes.
