Abstract:
In 2007, 3,044 collisions involving some form of aggressive driving occurred in Indiana. In addition, there were 18,487 collisions involving speed-related driving (nine percent of all collisions). This fact sheet provides summary data on Indiana traffic collisions involving dangerous driving. Though the use of alcohol and/or drugs during driving could be categorized as dangerous driving, the primary focus here is on collisions involving aggressive driving and speeding.
