Abstract:

The Czech Republic is now witnessing a debate about the construction of the U.S. radar site for an anti-missile defense system. This issue primarily concerns an exercise of free will to defend ourselves. Our world is not safe, and it will be even less so as the attitude of complacency toward defense spreads across the Europe.
