Bob Greenstein from the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities and John Corlett of the Center for Community Solutions in Cleveland discuss how tax policy drives social policy, explain how the feds and the states got into the current fiscal mess, and offer some solutions for navigating our way out of the current crisis.
