Abstract:
The aging of the population in the United States over the next several decades is expected to increase the demand for long-term care services. Further, long-term care services are vital to individuals with disabilities under the age of 65 that may require a lifetime of care. Thus, identifying ways to ensure adequate access and financing for long-term care needs is an important policy concern.
