Abstract:

This article is a study that examines the distribution of baccalaureate workers in Jewish community centers. The author explores the different roles that baccalaureate workers receive and how their tasks are differentiated from those with Masters of Social Work degrees. Lastly, the study rates the performance levels of baccalaureate workers and those with masters degrees, determining that there is no major difference in performance levels.
