Abstract:
This report details proposals for deeper private sector involvement to address a number of global challenges ranging from climate change to international education to HIV/AIDS, going beyond the traditional policy papers focused on government-level recommendations. With obvious urgency and timeliness in the wake of the Mumbai attacks, with India elections months away, and the incoming US administration, the proposals are ambitious but practical for immediate implementation.
