This study presents findings and recommendations on the development of professional leadership in the Jewish community. The authors state that the issue of professional development has not received as much research attention as one might expect, even though it has clear consequences for the well-being of the Jewish community. The genesis of this study is based in part on the desire to secure a current snapshot of professional development in the Jewish community.
