Ten Jewish educational leaders were interviewed to mine their thinking about Jewish Educators for the 21st Century. They were asked to answer the following questions: 1) How has the work of Jewish educators changed? 2) In light of those changes, what do you see as the implications for recruitment, preparation, development and support of Jewish educators? 3) What further changes are needed? 4) What are your thoughts on how to achieve those changes?
