Abstract:

The identification and development of high-quality and effective human resources is an absolute imperative for creating schools of excellence in the Jewish community, the author contends. He argues that the challenge of staffing Jewish schools must be moved to the top of the communal agenda. The author discusses key questions relating to recruiting and retaining staff for Jewish schools.
