This report explores the concept of cohorts in leadership development initiatives and assesses their potential as agents of social change. The research identifies best practices in developing and using cohorts as alternative leadership models and obstacles to influence faced by those participating in such leadership programs. It provides recommendations for enhancing and supporting the work of these groups to increase their effectiveness and influence.
