Abstract:
The authors discuss the nature of Jewish Federations, especially in relations to the agencies which they fund and with which they work in the larger Jewish ethnic-communal system. One matter of differing perspectives is whether or not Federations ought to look at agencies through a lens of a "we-they" relationship.
