Abstract:

The authors present findings of a study focusing on adult Jewish educational impact, based on information gathered from students of the Florence Melton Adult Mini-School. The authors discuss the school and its context, specific impacts on students and others, who is learning, why they enroll, what they like, orgnizational structure and curriculum, the role of the site director, and implications for planning similar programs.
