Abstract:
The author describes the philosophy and work of Canfei Nesharim, an organization which promotes the relationship between traditional Jewish sources and the modern environmental movement. She presents a variety of Jewish sources to highlight the richness of the Jewish tradition in dealing with modern environmental concerns and details a number of Canfei Nesharim's programs.
