This study, co-authored by UCLA's Williams Project on Sexual Orientation Law and the Institute for Gay and Lesbian Strategic Studies (IGLSS), estimates the impact of AB 205 on California's businesses. AB 205, if enacted, will provide registered domestic partners with almost all of the same rights and responsibilities as spouses.
