This issue of Contact focuses on the advancement and improvement of the Jewish camping movement. Michael Steinhardt advocates new initiatives to double the number of Jewish campers, and to reach families in new ways. Steven M. Cohen discusses marketing Jewish camping to the Jewishly engaged. Howard Blas advocates the creation of more Jewish camping opportunities for Jewish children with special needs.
