Abstract:
This study is a compendium of facts on Florida's housing, highlighting the tremendous diversity in housing characteristics across the state. The report is divided into four sections that examine the changes to Florida's population between 1990 and 2000, Florida's housing stock, the affordability of the housing stock, and price trends and forecasts for Florida's housing stock.
