Abstract:
This Carter Center report on the Ecuadorian Constitutional Assembly aims to inform the international community about the discussions, processes, and decisions of the National Constituent Assembly of the Republic of Ecuador; its relationship with society and the state, and analyze the assembly's main proposals.
