Abstract:
For millions of low-income Americans, the health care safety net is a myth -- nearly 14 million low-income adults are uninsured and ineligible for public health insurance programs. This Special Report provides national and state-by-state data on the numbers of low-income parents and adults without children who are falling through the holes in our nation's health care safety net.
