Abstract:
In Jewish Population Studies (Papers in Jewish Demography, 1977), 255-281. This paper aims to present some elements for a discussion of occupational characteristics of Western Jews in Israel. In this paper we refrain from the acceptation of the term "Western" Jews, frequently met in literature, as inclusive of all Jews of European and American origin.
