Abstract:

In December, the Department of Labor published a request for information concerning the implementation of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). In these comments, CLASP expresses support for continuing current policies to protect workers who need to take leave and argues for expanding FMLA to more workers and providing paid leave.
