Abstract:
This report summarizes the experiences of a sample of migrant/seasonal Head Start programs during their second year of NRS implementation based on site visits conducted in 2005. The report describes the quality of the child assessments, experiences of staff members in administering the assessments, program approaches to train and certify staff and implement the NRS, and program staff concerns and suggestions.
