Abstract:
In Jewish Population Studies 19 (Papers in Jewish Demography, 1985), 111-132. This paper examines five factors associated with intermarriage in the United States: age and generation, migration, gender, remarriage and socioeconomic status. The analysis is based on population studies conducted in three communities in the Western United States (Denver, Los Angeles and Phoenix), regions where intermarriage is the highest.
