Abstract:
In: Studies in Jewish Education 2, 175-189. Assessing the success or failure of a change project in a Jewish school requires looking at both the impact on the Jewish school and at the effects on student and teachers. Understanding what led to these outcomes requires looking at the awareness of the need for change, the plan for change, the impetus for change, and the relationship among these elements.
