Abstract:
The essential task of this research is to determine not just the simple association between Jewish education in childhood and Jewish identity in adulthood but rather the net impact of the former on the latter. Doing so demands that the analysis successfully controls for the most influential confounding factors, of which parental religiosity is among the most important.
