Abstract:

Based on a sample of 126 respondents the study analyzes how the children of Jewish Holocaust survivors who marry other Jews differ from children of Jewish Holocaust survivors who marry non-Jews. Is the religion of the marriage partners of the respondents just a matter of chance or they make a conscious choice to marry outside the Jewish fold.
