Abstract:
Despite the generally expressed desire that Jewish settlements ought to be Jewish in character and not just in name, any attempt to practically implement that goal is challenging because of the great diversity of backgrounds and desires of settlement members. One possible solution is to draw upon the Jewish ministry for workers and directors.
