Abstract:
A brief summary of the services rendered by the Bureau is supplied, followed by a description of the problem of geographic distribution of immigrants and the inability of even experienced European farmers to buy land and settle in rural areas, with a suggestion that the mandate and funding of the Bureau be adjusted so as to allow greater work in the area of population migration and immigrant distribution.
