Abstract:
Every functional field in Jewish communal service will increasingly be affected by the structural changes in our economy. Faced with growing needs and fewer dollars to meet them, Jewish agencies will have to find new ways of producing the highest quality service at the lowest cost per unit of service. This article presents several strategies, including sharing infrastructure and strategic pruning, for achieving that goal.
