Abstract:
We are in the midst of massive social, economic, and demographic change, and traditional sources of income are shrinking. Therefore, the organized Jewish community must adopt new management techniques and concepts to deliver high-quality service at the lowest cost per unit of service and highest efficiency. Sharing infrastructure, modifying service delivery systems, and cooperating to obtain government funds are three effective responses to change.
