Abstract:
This paper represents a survey of JCC professionals in North America. Who are these professionals and how are they changing over the years? How do professionals in different areas, or with different levels of responsibility compare with one another? What keeps them attached to JCC professional service? What are their concerns? Where are they less than fully satisfied in their work? How well are they compensated? How do the experiences of male and female professionals compare? Were possible the authors draw comparisons with the findings of the previous research conducted in 1987.
