Abstract:
The collapse of communism in Eastern Europe, Nicaragua, and elsewhere leaves America-as the world3 sole superpower. Now the U.S. can take a lead in Africa to foster economic and political freedom. Foremost among Washington’s African allies is Kenya. Maintaining and strengthening this relationship will be a springboard for bringing freedom, democracy and peace to the great continent of Africa.
