Abstract:

This document, written for state policymakers and community leaders, is the second annual report presenting data and analysis to support the development of a framework for advancing the mission of the Indiana Substance Abuse Prevention System. It was funded through a State Incentive Prevention Framework Grant (SPF SIG) from the Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP).
