Abstract:
We should expand canine detection at our borders, focus on cost-effective Border Patrol training at multiple locations, expand retention programs, and contract with universities and community colleges and other entities for agent training. We must also assess what medical costs federal, state, and local governments are absorbing for illegal aliens.
