Abstract:
Each year, $50 million in federal funding is made available for abstinence-unless-married programs. States match with more funds- $3 for every $4 of federal funding. Whether the law permits any flexibility to states and localities, new research findings, public opinion polls, and the findings of a national survey of state agencies are summarized.
