Abstract:
This article, from the Sprint 2003 issue of Management Information Exchange, summarizes and comments on the principal findings and recommendations of the Hotline Outcomes Assessment Study - the largest study of any aspect of the civil legal assistance delivery system as it currently exists and the first and only cross-site study of legal services case outcomes. It also offers the authorsÂ’ personal thoughts on the implications of the study for the future of legal services delivery.
