Abstract:
On behalf of the Project for the Future of Equal Justice, this paper sets out the modern-day components of an effective system for state-level advocacy, coordination, and support. It is based in part on a survey conducted by the Project during 2000 and 2001.
To aid civil justice state planners in their efforts, the paper makes seven recommendations that provide a framework for moving forward on achieving state level advocacy, coordination, and support in all states.
