Abstract:
Describes how the landscape of staff attorney legal aid providers has undergone substantial change since 1996. The paper describes the emergence of a number of programs not funded by the Legal Services Corporation but providing a full range of civil legal assistance and discusses the development of comprehensive, integrated, statewide delivery systems that are emerging.
