Abstract:
This monograph, the second of a three-part series, explores the approaches that courts and legislatures are now taking on the issue of paternity disestablishment when marital children are involved. It explores the pros and cons of different approaches and suggests a path that balances some of the legitimate concerns of all parties in this difficult area. (Case law updated in August 2003.)
