Vicki Turetsky is a senior Staff Attorney at CLASP. Submitted for the record in the October 11, 2001, hearing of the Social Security and Family Policy Subcommittee of the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, which heard testimony on S. 685, the "Strengthening Working Families Act of 2001."
