JESNA (Jewish Education Service of North America) presents this discussion guide to accompany the Educators in Jewish Schools Study (EJSS), which is a large-scale study of educators in Jewish day schools and supplementary schools. This guide is intended to help central agency boards, Jewish Federation committees, educators' councils, rabbinic organizations, schools and synagogues to ascertain what implications the results of the EJSS might have for their community.
