Abstract:
The author reports findings from a study regarding a Jewish community center in Chicago, which had the objective of determining the level of congruence between staff and member perceptions of center services. The study found that for many older members, continued participation in an activity, and even praise of it, did not necessarily signify satisfaction with that activity on the part of that older member.
