Abstract:
We believe that continuing civil justice reform is essential to America's long-term prosperity and preserving our freedoms. It is particularly important during an economic downturn when frivolous litigation and attempts to regulate through litigation result in such high costs and liability that our economic recovery is diminished or even reversed.
