Abstract:

Relations between Blacks and Jews in America have become strained in recent years. These two groups, long allies in the historic struggle for social justice in this country, find themselves now at odds with one another over issues which each perceives as vital to its interests. This article examines the historical, political, and socioeconomic causes that have led to the current situation.
